The pizzeria 'L Duc Do Ciat is located at Bardonecchia in the characteristic hamlet of Melezet. The restaurant is full of atmosphere with a dining room in stone, wood and a characteristic fireplace .
With us it is possible to enjoy excellent pizzas and other specialties made with high quality ingredients, including farinata (also for celiacs) and Recco-type cheese focaccia. We have a wide selection of excellent beer from various brands, and we recommend pairing it with one of the many pizzas on the menu.

Our pizzas
We offer a wide choice of pizzas and porridge for those with celiac disease. You can order any type of pizza on our menu having the certainty of enjoying specialties prepared with first choice ingredients. The novelty is the Recco-type cheese focaccia, pizzata and the focaccia with pesto.
Our Pizzamaker
After a few years, Lorenzo, driven by his passion for baking and studying chemistry, decided to take a personal stab at it.
In addition to being the owner, he also works as a pizza chef. This allows him to manage the dough maturation process, from the revisited Neapolitan dough to the use of multigrain flours for increased digestibility, and the most innovative black dough with vegetable charcoal.
A manual art made with so much passion and creativity.
Our pizza is leavened slowly. To make it even more digestible, crispy, and light, it is left to rise naturally.
The little ones are enchanted by his pizzas in the shape of a little fish or a little mouse.

Lolo's specialties
Chef Lolo, born in Genoa, has brought his Genoese origins and all their flavors to Bardonecchia.
Lorenzo suggests Recco-style cheese focaccia, onion focaccia, and Genoese pesto.

Born in Genova, snowboard instructor and pharmacist, after a brief experience in France he decided to return to Bardonecchia, a second home for him, to unite his passions; the mountains and bread and pasta making.

Veronique
Little Cheaf
Veronique, a Belgian girl who loves Italy because things are done with love, especially in the kitchen.
After 20 years in Valthorens, France, she came to Bardonnechia with her daughter Luna.
Big Cheaf at home but little cheaf in the pizzeria, she prepares the best desserts for you.
